The month of August kicks offsome pretty big things for us

Shawn Bateman, Misionary to Argentina

Prayer Letter September, 2019

Ministry: The month of August kicks offsome pretty big things for us. The building will be completely renovated and ready to begin services. On the 20th we begin English classes at the new location. We are also planning an official launch for the church on the 30th-1st. Three other congregations will join us on Friday and Saturday night as we have special singing and preaching. In the meantime we are working on passing out tens of thousands of fliers and invitations, and making as many contacts as possible

Family: n August Emily was able to return to the States for a week to spend some time with her mom. For those of you who do not know, Emily’s mom suffers from dementia. She is only 59 years old, and has suffered from this for several years. It is a unique kind of dementia that sets in at a very early age. Pray as the desease progress that God’s grace will be extended to Emily, and to her family in the US

Rosario: In the last few weeks many of the presidential candidates have visited Rosario. The elections are in October. Please pray for these elections, Argentina suffers greatly from financial mismanagement and corruption

Prayer Points:

  • Pray for the launch of English classes and the launch of the church.
  • Pray for Emily and her family.
  • Pray for people to be reached with the Gospel.
  • Pray for Argentina and the upcoming election
